Upon having work accepted for publication, Spring Thaw reserves one-time, archival, and promotional publishing rights to contributors’ accepted content. One-time publishing rights include all mediums (electronic, print, etc.) as applicable. Archival publishing rights allow content to remain on springthawmagazine.com indefinitely. Promotional publishing rights include excerpts of written work and/or visual content on social media platforms for purposes of expanding and engaging audiences.

- Spring Thaw accepts simultaneous submissions. Please contact us if your submitted work is accepted elsewhere before publication.
- Spring Thaw does not reserve exclusive rights.
- While all accepted photographs and mixed media artwork will be featured digitally in Spring Thaw, there is no guarantee that accepted photographs or mixed media artwork will be included in print editions.
- If any accepted and published material is discovered to be plagiarized or infringed, the content in question will be investigated, and, if found to be fraudulent, will be removed.
